Has generative artificial intelligence found a place in your company? How do you use it or plan to integrate it?

Artificial intelligence is currently breaking records and increasingly attracting new users, but also companies that can use it to facilitate certain processes in the company. The power of generative AI already goes further than we imagined. It can analyse millions of rows and millions of pieces of data. Some processes in a company are becoming more and more difficult for users, and generative artificial intelligence can simplify these processes so much that its implementation in a company’s processes will certainly be unavoidable in the future. Generative artificial intelligence is suitable for departments such as production or production engineering, where it can analyse the state of materials on the lines and thus prevent errors in production planning. This part of AI would certainly be beneficial for the IT sector as well, where cybersecurity is a concern. But it will also find use for the HR department that manages the attendance module in our company. Likewise, the quality department or developers would also be able to use generative artificial intelligence when displaying new protocols and presenting new projects. I believe it will soon find its application not only for ordinary users but also for modern companies.

Although we do not currently use generative artificial intelligence in our society, there is a strong expectation that we will do so in the near future. This stems both from general trends all around us, but also from the fact that several of our suppliers have discovered new opportunities for its use. And this, of course, leads us to plan for the integration of AI into several areas of our business – whether it’s Infor LN ERP, IS integrations, or Microsoft services and applications such as M365, Power BI, and others. We know that this topic is unavoidable in our company as well, so we try to prepare responsibly in order to keep up with the competition and the rapidly changing times.
