- I see the training as an adaptation to using Microsoft 365 services, which allows me to work intuitively, and at the same time securely.
- I’ve gotten better at organizing meetings in Outlook. I know where to search, look, or how to add a calendar of other colleagues I need to be present at a meeting. I’ve also discovered new options for filtering messages, which helps to make them easier to read.
- Although I don’t personally use most of the features, I found the training interesting and enriching.
- I have mastered the principle of how to share documents with colleagues according to their requirements. I don’t send attachments anymore, but I share the link to the document! I have thus created an efficient collaboration system with my colleagues.
- For me, the definite benefit has been the improvement in Microsoft Teams, during the training we learned to use groups more efficiently and share large excel files. By using OneDrive storage and making heavy use of the company chat in Teams, we are more aware of each other and stay more directly connected.
